A surcharge of € 6.00 applies for children from 2 years up to 5.9 years as third and fourth, fifth or sixth person in the apartment.
A surcharge of € 12.00 applies to children from 6 years up to 13.9 years as third and fourth person in the apartment.
A surcharge of € 18.00 applies for teens from 14 years and for adults as third and fourth person in the apartment.
For the fifth and sixth person in the apartment, a surcharge of € 12.00 applies.
At Withsun are effective the peak season prices.

Prices include electricity, water, heating, car parking, bed linen and change of towels.
Since 1st of January 2014 a Visitor's Tax per person and night is payable separately. Children under the age of 14 years do not pay Visitor's Tax. The amount of the Visitor's Tax is based on the municipal regulation, which is in force at the point of stay (since July 2014: € 0.70 per person and day from 14 years; from 1st of January 2018: € 0.85 per person and day from 14 years).
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
For stays of less than a week, we unfortunately can accept only short-term bookings.
For stays of less than 5 nights we charge a single supplement of 50 Euros for the cleaning of the apartment on guests' departure. From 5 nights' stay cleaning on guests' departure is included.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free at the Bruggnhof; children up to 13.9 years stay at a reduced rate.
Pets are welcome in the apartments Grape and Apple! We charge a supplement of 5.00 € per day (excluding food).
We invoice our guests for caused damage and extraordinary dirtying. Pets/dogs are not allowed at the common room, the lawn and the pool. Thank you for your understanding
When confirming reservations, we ask that you pay a deposit to the value of 3 nights' accommodation. Your reservation is confirmed when your deposit has been received on our account. However, the apartment remains reserved for you during the interim period.
Please note: Your booking is considered firm after receipt of the deposit payment (booking guarantee) and after receipt of the booking confirmation from our side.
Payment: Bills up to an amount of below € 3,000 can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. Please inform us before transferring the outstanding amount so we can provide you with the invoice number for the transfer. We do not accept EC cards or credit cards.
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the apartment is ready from about 1-3 pm (upon request: if you arrive early you can leave your luggage with us in the meantime). We request that the apartments be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure.
Sunday: We prefer Saturday as day of arrival. Thank you, that you can understand that we will give us one day at week (Sunday) as day off and for the family in the period of the most intensive working hours in the agriculture (from the middle of May to the end of the harvest, middle of October) that requires from us a permanent certain amount of flexibility.
Cancellation: sounds unpleasant and so it is - for you and for us! It is a shame when apartments remain empty, although other people would have been happy to spend their holidays there. For the eventuality that something unforeseen happens and you cannot set out on your journey, we apply the following conditions:
Up to 3 months before arrival you may cancel without charge.
From 3 months to 4 weeks from the agreed day of arrival we charge 3 daily rates.
Within the last 4 weeks before the agreed day of arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the reservation fee. Of course, we endeavour to sublet the apartment to other guests. Should we succeed in doing this, you have to pay only the deposit
If you arrive late or depart early the total period of the booking will be invoiced.
